This project involved designing a set of curved steps at the rear entrance leading to a paver patio with a firepit. A new planting along the back of the house was included.

This project involved removing hedges, chainlink fencing and concrete block retaining walls and concrete steps along the street sidewalk as well as the asphalt driveway. The concrete block retaining walls and steps were replaced with versa-lok steps and retaining walls. The chainlink fence was replaced with a vinyl fence and gate.

For this project a large deteriorating railroad tie retaining wall was replaced with a 6x6 treated timber retaining wall.

This project involved replacing several concrete and field stone retaining walls with versa-lok retaining walls.

Deteriorating concrete and field stone basement entrance retaining walls were removed and replaced with versa-lok retaining walls. A paving brick walk with versa-lok steps was installed between the retaining walls. A channel drain was installed at the threshold of the basement door and it was connected to a new drain line that was installed from the downspout drain pipe. Protruding stones in the field stone basement wall were saw cut to be vertical and the gaps between the stones were filled with new mortar adjacent to the versa-lok walls.

This homeowner wanted a sitting area under the flowering crab tree in the back yard and a paver walk from the rear entrance to the garage. Our proposal included a paving brick walk and sitting area along with a sitting wall separating the sitting area from the driveway.

This homeowner wanted a new entrance landing, side entrance steps and new paver walks to both areas. The materials to be used was determined by the products we used at the rear entrance a number of years prior. They previously selected Unilock for the pavers and step treads and versa-lok for the risers, the products were still available in the same color choices. We were able to re-install their existing front railing on the new front landing.

This homeowner wanted to replace a wood deck and a ground level concrete patio with a larger ground level paving brick patio. The final design included a three color banding row around the perimeter of the patio and a sitting wall at one end of the patio where the ground sloped off sharply.

This project involved removing a concrete walk from the back of the house to the garage and removing a patio block sitting area. The patio block sitting area and concrete walk were replaced with pavers. The sitting area was slightly repositioned. A paver walk from the street to the rear entrance was added along with a paved grilling area.
