An existing leaning concrete retaining wall along the driveway was removed and replaced with a Versa-Lok retaining wall. The existing plants were replanted and several new plants were added. The old light and sign post was replaced.

Two existing Stonewall Select retaining walls were removed, slightly modified and replaced with walls constructed using Versa-lok materials. A paving brick patio was installed at the back of the house. The materials from the removed retaining walls were used to construct two new retaining walls; one at the front of the house and one adjacent to the new patio.

A Versa-Lok retaining wall was installed along the front sidewalk to eliminate the slope to the street sidewalk and a planting bed was installed on the house-side of the retaining wall.

An existing brick retaining wall and a stone wall were removed and replaced with a Versa-lok retaining wall. The project involved removing several older shrubs in the planting bed and modifying the existing downspout drain line.

A deteriorating Versa-lok retaining wall was removed and rebuilt. During the removal of the existing wall it was determined that the original wall was constructed without using geo-textile stabilization material behind the wall. The replacement walls included two tiers of fabric between select tiers of each wall section.
